Online Record Book (ORB) Workshop

From 25th to 27th August 2025, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Seychelles conducted a dynamic three-day workshop centered on the Online Record Book (ORB). The event brought together eighteen Award Leaders from Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue, with the aim of empowering these adult mentors to confidently navigate the ORB platform, support their Participants in its effective use, and harness its features to elevate their mentoring practices.

The workshop was expertly facilitated by Ms. Joanne Waweru, Operations Manager for Africa at The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation. In recognition of their active participation and dedication, all attendees were awarded certificates of participation upon successful completion.

Following the workshop, from 28th to 29th August 2025, Ms. Waweru led a focused two-day working session with the Award Secretariat, aimed at enhancing quality assurance processes within the national delivery framework of the Award in Seychelles.
