Induction Training

From 25th to 27th April 2025, an Induction Training was held, bringing together students from English River, Plaisance, and Mont Fleuri Secondary Schools. Designed to familiarize participants with the Award Program, the training covered its operational principles, structure, history, and underlying philosophy. Beyond theory, the program incorporated engaging team-building exercises aimed at enhancing collaboration and fostering a strong sense of unity among the participants. The interactive nature of the sessions encouraged teamwork and mutual support, creating a solid foundation for their journey within the program.
