New Global Strategy 2023-2030

On Saturday, October 12th, 2024, a productive session was held with twenty-six Award Leaders from Mahe and the Inner Islands at Poppy Café, Tobruk Club Victoria. The event aimed to facilitate networking and idea exchange among Award Leaders from various centers, as well as to introduce the newly appointed National Operator Board.

During the session, the National Director presented the New Global Strategy 2023-2030, highlighting two key points for the Award Leaders to discuss and provide recommendations on:

1. Strategies to increase the number of Awards in each center.
2. Methods to retain participants and ensure they complete their Award programs.

The insights and recommendations gathered will assist DofE Seychelles in developing a new strategic plan for the award centers.
